TOCCAY’s story did not begin in 2020.

Behind TOCCAY is a team shaped by more than 15 years of wheel manufacturing experience.

Long before our name appeared on a rim, we were building, assembling and tuning wheels for others.

That experience taught us something simple: performance is never the result of one specification. It comes from how every detail works together — materials, structure, tension, precision and the hands that bring them together.

Three generations. One continuous process of refinement.

TOCCAY became our own brand in 2020.

Since then, every generation has been shaped by real riding, testing and manufacturing experience. Materials changed. Structures evolved. Hubs and spoke systems were refined.

Today, around 10,000 TOCCAY wheelsets are sold each year. But scale has never been the measure that matters most to us. Progress is.

Our senior wheel builders bring up to 15 years of wheel-building experience to the bench.

Spoke tension, balance and alignment are checked wheel by wheel. Instruments provide the numbers. Experience tells us when the wheel is truly ready.

Every TOCCAY wheelset goes through three rounds of stress relief.

After each round, spoke tension, radial trueness and lateral trueness are checked again and corrected where necessary.

The goal is not simply a wheel that is precise today, but one that remains composed after thousands of real kilometres.

The details you rarely see are often the ones you feel most.

Inside every wheel are decisions that shape how it rides.

From hub engagement to the way a structure responds under load, we look for a balance of efficiency, resilience, stability and serviceability.

If a change cannot prove its value in testing or real-world use, it does not belong on the wheel.

Where we started was manufacturing. Where it leads is the ride.

TOCCAY is now moving beyond the market where we began, bringing our wheels and our support to riders around the world.

At the same time, the next generation is already taking shape. New aerodynamic wheel development for 2027 is underway.

The objective remains unchanged: build a better wheel for the road ahead.
