Wheel makers before we were a brand.

Our team brings more than 15 years of wheel-manufacturing experience. Before TOCCAY launched in 2020, we were already building and tuning wheels for others. That workshop knowledge informs the materials, structures and assembly choices behind our wheels today.

We design and develop cycling components with speed, strength and reliability in mind. Rim, hub and spoke choices are considered together, rather than treating low weight as the only goal. Three product generations reflect continued refinement through manufacturing, testing and riding.

Checked wheel by wheel.

Every TOCCAY wheelset goes through three rounds of stress relief. After each round, spoke tension and both lateral and radial trueness are checked again, with adjustments where needed. These are build checks applied to individual wheels, not just development samples.

Evidence you can look into.

We share impact and spoke-load test material so you can examine more than a headline claim. The setup and sample matter: a laboratory result describes a specific test, not a promise that every wheel survives every impact. Our engineering section lets you see the evidence and its context.

Support beyond the purchase.

Our 36-month limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing and material defects for the original purchaser. Eligible riders also receive one free replacement rim for accidental riding damage during that period, under the published terms. Our team handles setup, spare-parts and repair enquiries too.
