Warranty Policy

All TOCCAY wheelsets go through a strict quality control process and are delivered to you in perfect condition. As a leading manufacturer in carbon wheelset engineering, we stand behind our products, our technology, and our commitment to quality. We want you to ride with the same confidence and enjoy an exceptional riding experience with less worry.

Therefore, TOCCAY provides a 36-month warranty for all carbon fiber products, including one accidental rim damage replacement service.

If you are the original owner of a TOCCAY carbon fiber product and discover any manufacturing defect in the carbon rim during the warranty period, you should:

  1. Stop riding immediately until the safety risk has been properly assessed and resolved.

  2. Contact us at support@toccaycycling.com and provide any necessary evidence for evaluation.

Once it is confirmed that the product is no longer safe due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product for you.

Crash Replacement

We hope you never need to contact us for this reason. However, in the unfortunate event of an accident, TOCCAY offers a one-time 35% discount on replacement carbon fiber products.

To request a crash replacement, please contact us at support@toccaycycling.com and be prepared to provide any necessary supporting documents or evidence. We want to help you get back on the road or trail as soon as possible.

Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

  1. Any unauthorized modification, improper assembly, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

  2. Normal wear and tear of the surface finish, bearings, spokes, and quick-release skewers.

  3. Installation of parts or accessories that were not originally designed for, or are not compatible with, the wheelset.

  4. Damage caused by user negligence, intentional damage, or natural disasters.

Important Warnings

Failure to follow the guidelines below will void your warranty:

  1. Only use brake pads that are suitable for carbon fiber rims. Replace brake pads when necessary.

  2. Do not exceed the maximum allowed tire pressure for the wheelset, which is 120 psi.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. TOCCAY shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
