TOCCAY Wheelset Warranty Policy: Every pair of TOCCAY wheelsets has a specific service life. Each rim is accompanied by a unique identification number and a warranty card. Please complete the warranty card and registration form, and return them to us. Failure to utilize the warranty card will result in the voiding of the warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Coverage Period: A 36-month limited warranty applies, effective from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
If any manufacturing defects arise within 30 days of the date of purchase, TOCCAY Carbon Wheelsets is obligated to replace the rim and cover the associated shipping costs.
If any manufacturing defects arise between 31 days and 36 months from the date of purchase, TOCCAY is obligated to replace the product. The product owner is responsible for covering the shipping costs. If we no longer manufacture the specific rim model you purchased, we will provide a complimentary upgrade to the latest equivalent model.
The warranty program is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, tires, inner tubes, pawls, hubs, seals, rim tape, etc.). Products that have been improperly installed and/or adjusted. Issues resulting from a lack of maintenance or improper care. Surface finishes and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.). Damage caused by collisions. Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable). Products purchased as "second-hand," "used," "sold as-is," or explicitly marked as having "no warranty." Counterfeit products. Unauthorized modifications or alterations—including, but not limited to, repairs performed by anyone other than TOCCAY or a TOCCAY-authorized service provider, or any repairs exceeding the scope of recommendations provided by TOCCAY Customer Service.

The following actions will void your warranty:
Improper use (jumping, stunt riding, etc.). Modification of the wheels. Tire pressure exceeding Maximum tire pressure varies by tire size, rim configuration, and riding setup. Please refer to the product-specific guidance before use.. Improper assembly. Installation of parts or accessories that were not originally designed for, or are incompatible with, the purchased wheelset. Use brake pads not designed for carbon fiber rims.
