International shipping options are available for TOCCAY orders. Available shipping methods, delivery details, and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared after payment confirmation. Processing time can vary by product configuration, destination, carrier capacity, holidays, customs review, and other operational factors.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with the order. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a package has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided after shipment are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. International shipments may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, remote-area handling, or local delivery conditions.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply depending on your shipping country or region. These charges are determined by local authorities and carriers and may be collected separately from the product price.

Address Changes and Split Shipments

If you need to change a shipping address, contact Wheelsetdivision@toccaycycling.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment. Orders with multiple items may ship separately when required by fulfillment conditions.
