Shipping & Delivery

International shipping options are available for TOCCAY orders. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary by product configuration, stock status, wheel build requirements, holidays, and carrier pickup schedules.

Custom Build Lead Time

Some wheelsets may require configuration or assembly before dispatch. If a custom build, freehub change, or special setup affects timing, TOCCAY support will contact you with order-specific information.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number provided with the order. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a shipment is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and VAT

Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes are not controlled by TOCCAY and may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any destination-specific charges required by local authorities unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping Regions and Remote Areas

Delivery availability depends on the destination and carrier service coverage. Remote-area surcharges or service limitations may apply. Contact support@toccaycycling.com before ordering if your address is in a remote area or if you need a destination-specific shipping quote.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may change because of customs clearance, weather, carrier congestion, holidays, incorrect address information, or local delivery conditions. TOCCAY will help customers follow up with available tracking information, but final delivery timing depends on the carrier and local customs process.

Address Changes

If you need to update a shipping address, contact TOCCAY support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Packages

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, package photos, product photos, and any carrier notice. Please keep all packaging materials until the case is reviewed.
