WHY AERO-40
Built to climb without giving up everyday speed.
The AERO-40 Ghost combines a shallow 40mm profile, a listed 1100g pair weight and carbon spokes for riders who want a light, direct wheelset that still carries speed on rolling roads.
Response without excess mass: Toray T800 + T1100 carbon fiber forms the rim structure, while T800 carbon spokes reduce spoke-system weight and sharpen the connection between pedalling input and forward motion. The 40mm depth keeps steering calm and adaptable when the road tilts upward or the wind changes.
Positive 36T engagement: The 36T ratchet hub engages across opposing toothed faces to distribute drive load across multiple teeth. Its serviceable layout and sealed bearings are designed for dependable use beyond a single race day.
Best suited to: climbers, rolling-road riders and anyone who values low rotating mass, direct response and an easier-to-handle profile for varied road conditions.
